I've been using the push up balm for almost a month and really like it. It helps ease some soreness and aches after my workouts. The balm smells amazing too and it "stays on" for a good portion of the day even inside of the pants legs. I use it on my knees mostly. Although I have some bone on bone arthritis in one knee and it can not alleviate the pain from the bone, the joint soreness and aches are managed better with this balm. I also use it on my shoulders after CrossFit workouts. In addition, I have the massage oil which is great to work into the muscles in the evenings while watching tv. My wife uses the roll on on some areas that give her trouble. Guys should also give this a try. I get compliments all of the time of how nice the scent is. That's an extra bonus. Great products and awesome company :).
