I love these beverages! Having been diagnosed with cancer, I have worked to reduce my alcohol consumption. Tiits up bevis are great for letting me drink and relax. One does the trick. No more 3 glasses of wine. Also, I sleep great and wake up energetic.

They are the best! I can take one when I need to calm my mood a bit. Sometimes 2 will help when I want to relax and fall asleep at the end of a hectic day.
